No issues with the doctor or staff. However, while I was waiting in the room for the doctor to come in, there was a huge 3 in Wood Roach crawling on the surgical tray / gauze etc. I neutralized it and disposed of it and informed the office personnel that it was there to which they were quite disgusted, of course. The waiting area however is also very disgusting and could use a makeover or a good cleaning. Seating is inadequate, carpet's filthy and the overall appearance of the waiting room is quite dingy and sad. I do like Dr Downing and have a return appointment with her, which I will keep.

Dr. Shakir was very concise and to the point of my visit. He confirmed my diagnosis to what I had researched and gave me options for how to handle treating my condition. Dr. Shakir was friendly and was willing to answer each question I had in detail.
