Went last Thursday and got my wart frozen. I was told the pain would be fully gone by the time I got to the parking lot, what would’ve been approximately 5 minutes turned into 3 days of pain I was told I would not have. Outside of this I was told it is low maintenance and it has not been that for me. I had to keep my left hand wrapped for 4 days and the first 3 days I could not use my left hand without immense pain. I also feel mislead because she said it would blister not that a blood blister would appear. When you say blister I think of the thing on the back of your foot when you wear an uncomfortable shoe not a ginormous black and purple bump. I will never ever get this procedure done again nor see Hannah and I thought she was really nice which I still think but she is not at all informative.

Hannah explained everything in detail about my visit. She also explained every detail of everything that she needed to do during my visit as so I wouldn't have any sudden unexpected surprises or pain. I've been to her four times now over the past two years and she is always the same pleasant happy person as the first time I met her. She understands my family history and my medical diagnosis and she's very thorough. I'm really happy to have her treating me and I do recommend her to my family and friends.

Answered my questions and didn’t rush through my appointment. That’s rare these days.

Efficient check-in. Patient interview before seeing the doctor was good. I was heard and cared for. Doctor wait was short. She was thorough for physical exam. Effectively froze areas of concern. Biopsy was taken from a suspicious spot on my leg. Printed instructions for after care was explained to me and I had a chance to ask questions. Great experience!

I would like to file a complaint regarding Latonya. When I called to schedule an appointment as a new patient, her tone was dismissive and came across as irritated. The interaction felt unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. I believe all patients should be treated with courtesy, respect, and professionalism, and I hope this matter is addressed.

During our interaction, I found Ms. Bowers' demeanor to be discourteous and unprofessional. I contacted the office simply to arrange a follow-up appointment, but the conversation left me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. Rather than providing courteous assistance, her tone and manner of communication came across as rude and dismissive. As a patient, I believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect, professionalism, and courtesy. Positive communication is an important part of quality patient care, and my experience did not reflect those standards.

He spoke Med-School language, during our meeting. We were on the same page because English was not his first language. His ability to teach why I being prescribed for medication’s for my medical issues. I didn’t feel valued as a patient. It was not explained to the purpose of the medication, but he did tell how/when to take the medication. Sorry, for me I didn’t like Assembly line customer service. I will never go back.

Appointments are always booked out a month. After waiting that long, you’re only to allowed to address 1-2 things during the appointment. The provider rushes through the appointment and talks so fast it’s clear he doesn’t care about what you’re saying and just wants to rush through the appointment. I told him something he prescribed me was making my issue worse and I’d like to try something else to which he responded “no it isn’t” and the prescribed me the exact same thing again. Extremely unprofessional considering this is implying I waited a month to see him so that I could lie to him? Regardless, if a patient is requesting alternatives to what is being prescribed, and alternatives exist, it’s your job as the provider to care for your patient who is paying to see you and accommodate those requests. The intake coordinators (I don’t know if they’re nurses or techs) are also rude and overall seem doubtful of everything you say to them. Very strange behavior. After this last appointment I will not be returning and will be seeking care elsewhere, where I’m treated like a human being rather than a number and a dollar sign.

He’s probably a good doctor, but he just needs to slow down and take a patient how they’re feeling and how their concerns are and they’re a little bit more emotional toward that.

I’ve been receiving treatment & services from Hannah & the staff at Polley Derm in Wilson on & off for the past 18 months. I am so thankful that I found them. They have been treating my skin cancers and I couldn’t be more pleased with both the results of my treatments and the friendliness and emotional support from Hannah and the staff at Polley Derm.

The practitioner and support staff are friendly and personable. Although my son is really just getting started with his treatment, their recommended regimen is helping him see improvement within just 2 months or so.

There was an issue about my insurance where they made me pay up front even after I told them and showed them the policy on my Contribution plan which pays the first $250 of charges. They did refund me but it shouldn't have been an issue since it was my first Dr visit of the new year and would be paid directly to them by my insurance. The only reason I'm staying with this provider is because of my Abbvie Assist program for my medication.

Both the doctor and the technician were very professional. Dr. Shakir explained about my condition and asked my opinion about the medication that could be used, that made me feel seen as most doctors prescribed medication without asking the patient if they would be comfortable using the medication. I would recommend the clinic and Dr. Shakir to anyone needing a dermatologist.

I have the opportunity to go to a clinic closer to my house but I choose to go to Wilson, North Carolina, Polley Clinic. I choose to go there because of the way I am treated and how comfortable I am with Hannah Downing and her staff. I will continue to go there as long as she’s there.

This was my first visit at this facility. I was in and out in 20 minutes. My paperwork was sent electronically to fill out ahead of time. The process was very quick and easy for an initial consult. I do have a follow up appt which was able to made within 2 weeks. Which is awesome considering how busy the business’ around Fayetteville can be. Over all good experience so far.

She Was Nice

Dr. Mohammed listened to me and made me a part of my treatment plan. He didn't give me false hope that I would get my hair with Rogaine. He listened and finally explained what type of hair loss I was dealing with. For, that I'm forever grateful no matter the outcome. Thank You Dr. Shakir

This medical facility is a live demonstration of efficiency. Even the buildings have been designed to be most efficient to the staff. They are happy, that makes a patient's experience better. Treatment plans are easy to understand.

We have only been twice and everytime we are treated like family! They actually take time to talk with you and explain everything as they go!

This review does not reflect Cassie. This review reflects the practice. I want to express my concerns regarding my visit to your office today. I had previously received excellent service at your practice, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. During my visit today, I was informed that I would need to pay $104.81 out of pocket. However, the visit would have been fully covered by my insurance, and I am confused as to why the insurance was not billed accordingly. Additionally, I was charged $60.00, $30.00 from a credit I was unaware of (due to a past overpayment that was never communicated to me), and $30.00 in cash, despite not receiving any actual treatment. I simply sat in the waiting room, answered a few questions in the back, and was then told I could receive the procedure after paying $104. 81. Again, this was before any attempt to bill my insurance. I find this unacceptable and request a full refund of the $60.00 I was charged. I will not be returning to your practice, as I believe this situation reflects poor communication and questionable billing practices.

I'm always treated with respect and questions are addressed.

IN and out in a very timely manner, Miss McGee is always pleasant and trustworthy to find a solution to my problem. Hopefully the cream she prescribed will get my pain and itching under control.
