I felt really comfortable, expressing my concerns about some of my issues. I felt like I was actually being heard and supported! It’s not very often you find doctors that seem to care about their patients! I’ve only been to one appointment but so far I am happy with how things went!

Dr. Polley was awesome and made sure my kiddos have what they need for their skin. 1 of my kiddos skin is clearing so well I almost forgot she had eczema or contact dermatitis. Thank you so much for making my kiddos comfortable and helping mama clear their rashes

Appointments are always booked out a month. After waiting that long, you’re only to allowed to address 1-2 things during the appointment. The provider rushes through the appointment and talks so fast it’s clear he doesn’t care about what you’re saying and just wants to rush through the appointment. I told him something he prescribed me was making my issue worse and I’d like to try something else to which he responded “no it isn’t” and the prescribed me the exact same thing again. Extremely unprofessional considering this is implying I waited a month to see him so that I could lie to him? Regardless, if a patient is requesting alternatives to what is being prescribed, and alternatives exist, it’s your job as the provider to care for your patient who is paying to see you and accommodate those requests. The intake coordinators (I don’t know if they’re nurses or techs) are also rude and overall seem doubtful of everything you say to them. Very strange behavior. After this last appointment I will not be returning and will be seeking care elsewhere, where I’m treated like a human being rather than a number and a dollar sign.

When's the Doctor not in the house, you can see the difference. In fact they need more front desk help,and more friendly front desk,not worry about looking pretty. This was my impression from front desk, and the female doctor that was in absence date of my last appointment. In fact I lost my wallet the same day. The front desk won't go outside and look. Bad staffing over work staffing
