This was my first time visit to Polley Derm Clinic. Also my first contact with PA-C Courtney Littere. My experience was extremely COMFORTING. I was quickly asked about my concerns and each one was individually addressed. The treatment was explained and with knowledge and intent. I was appreciative of the feeling of being HEARD and RESPECTED. I left my visit, THANKFUL and GRATEFUL for the help I was given. The staff was EMPATHETIC and KIND, ENGAGING and PROFESSIONAL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this ESTABLISHMENT and the CARE GIVERS associated with it's PRACTICES.

The staff at the Polly Clinic is friendly and attentive, and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. My appointment started on time, and Dr. Polley was professional, warm, and thorough in explaining my skin concerns in simple terms. His staff shares these qualities. I highly recommend the clinic for dermatological care.

Dr.Polley is a fine Doctor and he knows what he is doing. I have been a patient with him I think 2yrs I think more or less. He is very through. I hatted I had to leave. Hope I be back to get Dr. Polly back. ❤️❤️❤️

I have the opportunity to go to a clinic closer to my house but I choose to go to Wilson, North Carolina, Polley Clinic. I choose to go there because of the way I am treated and how comfortable I am with Hannah Downing and her staff.
I will continue to go there as long as she’s there.

This was my first visit at this facility. I was in and out in 20 minutes. My paperwork was sent electronically to fill out ahead of time. The process was very quick and easy for an initial consult. I do have a follow up appt which was able to made within 2 weeks. Which is awesome considering how busy the business’ around Fayetteville can be. Over all good experience so far.

Dr. Mohammed listened to me and made me a part of my treatment plan. He didn't give me false hope that I would get my hair with Rogaine. He listened and finally explained what type of hair loss I was dealing with. For, that I'm forever grateful no matter the outcome. Thank You Dr. Shakir
