Cassie has been great with my young, teen son. He was struggling a bit with his acne and she was quickly got him on a routine that worked perfect for his face, chest, and back. He has his confidence back and skin looks great. He felt very comfortable at his visits with her. She took her time listening to his concerns (offered lots of information that easy for him to understand which made it easier for him to follow recommendations) then wasted no time getting him on track to having a healthy complexion. I do not hesitate saying 10/10 recommend!

Dr. Wilson was not only a professional but also have a mastery of her discipline. She explained the treatment plan and how best to achieve the intended goals. If I could rate a 100 stars, she’d get a 101 star.

I don’t feel like my condition is being addressed the best possible way. I don’t feel I’m being taken seriously or listened to. And to have a condition you don’t believe is being diagnosed correct. And to have to wait another 2 months to come back when I already said that what we’ve tried so far isn’t working and it hasn’t helped or improved any. Also don’t appreciate not being able to have anyone in the room besides myself (one adult) but if you have a kid that knocks out the adult. Though, you have 3 grown women in the room to all look at my chest and listen to my concerns when it only concerned the 1. Won’t be returning. It’s not getting me anywhere but further out and for my condition to worsen.

The doc is able to identify what is going on quickly to get to the root. Friendly & professional, I can tell he cares about the patients he sees. Lobby time was very short as well.

I showed up for an appointment that they had canceled. They canceled my appointment with only a phone call and no voicemail a month ago. That's it. No email, follow up call, or text. The desk clerk said "You didn't receive any confirmations this week so that should have made it clear you didn't have an appointment." I informed her it had not worked previously so that never even crossed my mind. I told her, "Your system is flawed and the lady I told about that previously was well aware that it doesn't work properly." "Well, you can take up your complaint with management," was her response. No thank you. I will just take my business somewhere else.
