This was my very first time at Polley Clinic of Dermatology & Dermatologic Surgery. I was impressed with everyone there from start to finish (receptionists to clinicians). I was going to have two (2) biopsies that day that I was not expecting, so my anxiety quickly kicked in. But, Angelica was super friendly & managed to calm my anxiety quite a bit. Dennis Polley II was very cordial, professional, and non-intimidating. I did not give 5 out of 5 stars only because of the cost, not the staff.

From start to finish, staff and doctors were so nice. They were pleasant and so friendly. They explained everything before they did my biopsy and made sure I was OK.
