I liked Dr. Wilson very much. She is a friendly Physician, smiled, good personality & made me feel comfortable. I appreciate her honesty in what she could & could not do (regarding my hair)- But she gave me Rxs for my bad situation of my Severe itching of my skin all over, scalp meds, & medicated special shampoo immediately, I believe is the appropriate medications to get me on the road to recovery given the time the medication can work on me.. The information she gave me & her highly skilled Medical Knowledge helped me figure out, when I got home looking around my house where could extreme heat be getting to my hair, heat in my home? humidity, blow dryer? Then I saw my hot rollers.
I plugged in the next day & realized I had been heating up my set for an hour each time I would prepare to dress for church, dr visits going out anywhere. So I heated up set but opened lid this time waiting for it to cool off before hot rolling my hair & im seeing immediate results from her advice.
I have started my itching cream & is helping me already.
I’m only running into one issue with my Medicare/xtra help insurance is denying my Scalp medication I need very badly to heal my scalp of itching & any possible bacteria/fungus ASAP., oil treatment.. This is of course NOT the Drs fault. All I need her to please do is have her nurse fill out a pre-Authorization form with a definitive serious diagnosis explains what bad itching & bad shape my hair, & or fungus or bacteria on my scalp needs healing so I can get relief from my condition that is so uncomfortable & in such a fix with excessive scratching & itching 24/7 sign then fax to my Pharmacy ASAP. I will & would highly recommend Dr. Wilson to my friends, family, previous medically related coworkers I have the privilege of working with in the medical field for over 32 years..
I hope she can help me get my insurance to pay for this medication I cannot afford .. I look forward to seeing her next visit with the expectation of being in better shape than I’ve been in 4 months….Many thanks.,,
