in the fall of 2021, I benefitted from competent care for skin cancer spots/areas, in Roanoke Rapids NC. Subsequent poor communications resulted in an anonymous appt cancellation, and unfounded remarks by staff & myself. Language was taken out of context influenced by poor perception of circumstances, & I lost . AND I do apologize for any misunderstanding, as a gentleman & USARMY veteran, who has since been DENIED further care for my cancer ( infrequent bleeding) spots--face & scalp. Apology not accepted, both sides of issue not discussed, lots of embeleshment on negative feedback or input by ,then, employees of Polly Clinic. A letter mailed to me with a list of other Dermatology pros in the ``area``....NEVER rec'vd ,noted to have been sent to me on 8/4/21. Also, of which during this time frame, I rec'vd a duplicate billing ,after VAMC paid them,* I called the billing office on that, also, someone at POLLEY told me ``we tried to contact by telpjhone, no one answered``..NOT TRUE ,to the correct phone #, IO have excellent voice mail, of which i courteously respond to.

Quick and easy check in. Staff is always nice. Dr. Polley is great . The way he speaks to you and provides information is amazing

There was a 3 month wait to get an appointment, I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment and waited for 30 minutes. However, once I got into the room I was seen quickly and Dr Wilson was friendly and thorough.

Dr. Polly is very knowledgeable and patient friendly. Made me feel comfortable and less apprehensive. I was a little concerned. The staff is excellent and patient a oriented.
