I would like to file a complaint regarding Latonya. When I called to schedule an appointment as a new patient, her tone was dismissive and came across as irritated. The interaction felt unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. I believe all patients should be treated with courtesy, respect, and professionalism, and I hope this matter is addressed.

Great experience from check-in to check out. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Dennis Polley was very attentive and answered any questions I had. Did not feel like he was rushing through my exam.

During our interaction, I found Ms. Bowers' demeanor to be discourteous and unprofessional. I contacted the office simply to arrange a follow-up appointment, but the conversation left me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. Rather than providing courteous assistance, her tone and manner of communication came across as rude and dismissive.
As a patient, I believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect, professionalism, and courtesy. Positive communication is an important part of quality patient care, and my experience did not reflect those standards.
