There was an issue about my insurance where they made me pay up front even after I told them and showed them the policy on my Contribution plan which pays the first $250 of charges. They did refund me but it shouldn't have been an issue since it was my first Dr visit of the new year and would be paid directly to them by my insurance. The only reason I'm staying with this provider is because of my Abbvie Assist program for my medication.
