Dennis Polley, DO

Dennis Polley, DO, is a Board Certified Dermatologist, has been caring for patients in Eastern North Carolina since 1984 with the support of his staff at Polley Clinic of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery. Dr. Polley received his medical school education at the College of Osteopathic Medicine & Surgery in Des Moines, earning his Doctor of Osteopathy degree in 1979. He completed his dermatology residency at Fitzsimons Army Medical Center in Aurora, Colorado in 1983. Dr. Polley is also Board Certified by the National Board of Examiners for Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons. Clifford Amos, MS, PA-C

Clifford Amos, MS, PA-C, received a certificate of cardio- pulmonary technology from Bethesda Naval Hospital in 1986. He also received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland in 1994 and a Master of Science degree from The George Washington University in 1997. His clinical experience includes: echocardiography technologist, cardiopulmonary technologist, US Navy Hospital Corpsman, family practice at the Tarboro Clinic, and The Polley Clinic of Dermatology. He is a proud member of the SDPA-Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and the AAPA- American Academy of Physician Assistants. Mr. Amos joined Polley Dermatology, P.C. in October 2005.

Ron Marascalco, MPAS, PA-C

Ron Marascalco, MPAS, PA-C, graduated from Louisiana State University School of Allied Health in Shreveport, Louisiana in 1997. He later obtained a master’s in physician assistant studies with an emphasis in Dermatology. He practiced family medicine for three years and has practiced Dermatology for 19 years. He started his dermatology career in 2000 in Grenada and Oxford Mississippi. His primary interest is in general medical dermatology including, but not limited to skin cancer, psoriasis, acne and rashes. He is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and American Association of Physician Assistants. Ron is married to Becky and they have six children and four grandsons. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, tennis, nature photography and hiking.

Cheryl Jones, MSPAS, PA-C

Dennis C. Polley II MSPAS PA-C, Dennis is a National Board Certified Physician Assistant. He graduated from Methodist University's PA program in Fayetteville, N.C. Dennis is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. His primary areas of focus are medical dermatology and dermatologic surgery. Additionally, he holds BS degrees in biology and computer science.

He was born in Des Moines, Iowa. Dennis grew up in Wilson, North Carolina. He enjoys devoting his time and energy to the skin care needs of the citizens of Cumberland, Harnett, Johnston and surrounding counties. His lovely wife is also a family practice Physician Assistant they have a young daughter. His hobbies include playing guitar, software development and traveling.


Philip Reasbeck, MS, PA-C, is a native of Pennsylvania and graduated from Gannon University in Erie, PA. He graduated magna cum laude earning both a bachelor of health science degree in 2011 and a master of physician assistant science degree in 2012. During his clinical training Philip completed 2 rotations in general dermatology. He also worked in the field of dermatology for 2 years in Cumberland, MD prior to joining the Polley Clinic in 2014. He has a special interest in general medical dermatology and is constantly expanding his knowledge in his speciality through continuing education.
